I don't earn until you do

I take a share of the new revenue we create together. Revenue that didn't exist before. That's measurable, it's fair, and my incentive is to build something that actually earns. If it doesn't work, I've invested my time and you've had an honest conversation. The risk is on me.

I grew up in rural Derbyshire. I'm not going to pretend I've run a farm, but I grew up around them, I understand that the margins are thin, the constraints are relentless, and the last thing you need is someone else taking a cut before there's anything to cut.
